1. Shedding Over Time: Since this is a handcrafted felted wool product, it may shed fibers over time. Avoid rubbing it against sharp or rough surfaces. If shedding occurs, you can trim the fibers with scissors, but be careful not to trim too much to avoid damaging the model.

2. Handmade Variations: This felted wool product is entirely handmade, so it may not be as precise as machine-made items. There may be slight differences in details and size. If you are particular about these aspects, please consider carefully before purchasing. However, we will do our best to meet your expectations.

3. No Refunds During Production: Because this is a custom handmade product, we do not offer refunds once production has begun. After the product is completed, we can send photos or videos for your review. You are allowed up to two free revisions. If extensive changes are needed, additional fees may apply.

4. Photo Quality: Please provide clear photos taken in normal lighting conditions. Otherwise, the colors of the final product may differ due to lighting, monitor resolution, and other factors. If you cannot provide photos in normal lighting, please specify the exact color of your pet.

5. Production Time: As this is a handmade product, it requires a significant amount of time to create. We appreciate your patience during the production process.

Since this is a handmade creation, it won’t be as precise as machine-made products. Our team will do their best to capture your pet’s likeness, but we cannot guarantee an exact 100% match. The similarity will be around 80%. If you're expecting perfection, it may not be achievable.
