- Photo Selection: Please ensure your pet's entire head is visible in the photo. Choose the photo you are most satisfied with for customization, as the angle will affect the final product. After the initial draft, you are entitled to two free revisions. If you are still not satisfied with the final result, a refund can be issued after deducting the drawing fee.
- Artwork Creation: We create a simple sketch based on the photo of your pet. Since it is hand-drawn, it won't be as precise as a machine-made image but will capture the essence of your pet. However, we cannot guarantee a 100% exact likeness. If you have the line drawing of your pet, we can create a custom piece based on the image you provide.
- Handcrafted Products: All our products are handmade, so there may be slight imperfections like minor scratches or less-than-perfect polishing. Perfection cannot be guaranteed. Custom products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
